Of course we'd come around on the series when it had its Halloween episode! We come in excited to discuss Imogen throwing a rager, how sweet all the love interests are (for now...), everybody pairing off, and how the show flipped our views on Karen/Kelly. We also dig into some difficult reveals about Tabby and Mouse, the show incorporating Tabby's film language better, the devastating Ouija board scene and the hilarious Monster Mash death.

Outside of some big moments, it's a bit of slower week and unfortunately not really hitting our hopes so far. We discuss the rollout of the mystery, our theories on which twin survived, theorize on who the actual targets are, Noa's rote characterization, try to parse out who Mouse actually is, Faran's extremely fair weather attitude and the coalition of moms.

We reach the end of the Perfectionists and it's abrupt close to its only season. While we're feeling a bit ambivalent to the show as a whole we still have plenty to discuss including Taylor's batman origin story, new and weird revelations about Mason, Jeremy driving a speed boat (and missing his glasses), the nature of Beacon Guard, and run off some potential theories about the Professor's identity.

We've unfortunately got a lot of complaints this week as the show dilly dallies to its conclusion. We discuss how this show isn't setup to be so short, how it messes up all of its romantic plotlines, the irrationality of continuing to trust Claire, the show trying to pull a gotcha on Ali, Jeremy's hilarious freak out, Dylan's inability to not make bad decisions, Ava's puzzling economic situation and the lack of focus on how threatening Beacon Guard actually is.

We get a lot of setup this week as the fake friends slowly find that maybe they could be actual friends? That is until Caitlin is exposed as a huge snitch. We're back with the PLL sequel series and it might actually be good?? We're surprised by how much we enjoy the new location,  the new focus on surveillance technology and controlling people and our new cast of characters. We're not quite as enthused with the focus on Alison and Mona's newfound focus on "equations" but if it keeps up the quality we'll be happy. We also discuss menacing Mini Coopers, bi-phobia across both series, and trying to figure out what Alison's job is.
