Frank R. James, 62, was taken into custody about 30 hours after the violence on a rush-hour train, which left people around the city on edge. In recent months, James railed in videos on his YouTube channel about racism and violence in the U.S. and about his struggles with mental health care in New York City, and he criticized Adams' policies on mental health and subway safety. But the motive for the subway attack remains unclear, and there's no indication James had ties to terror organizations, international or otherwise, Peace said.

The U.S. Marshals said that one of the suspects, 23-year-old Justin “Straight Drop” Johnson and Cornelius Smith (the gunman wearing the Bass Pro Hat.), was captured in Indiana on Tuesday, Jan. 11 around 3 p.m.

According to the Shelby County District Attorney’s Office, the second suspected gunman, Cornelius Smith, was also arrested and booked into Shelby County Jail, charged with first-degree murder for the death of Young Dolph.

Interviewer: Damn, … Well, you dropped a music video called “Track Hawk” and it begins with the Memphis Skyline and fans noticed that it featured the “Bass Pro logo” the same logo that Dolphs killer (Cornelieus) was wearing on his hat. Was that your idea ?

Justin: naw, that was Cornelieus idea, I told him that was stupid but he uploaded it before I approved, we was just moving so fast, i geuss he tryna be clever or whatever, I don’t know, u gon have to ask him about that.

Interview: so did Cornelius shoot the video ?

Justin: Yea he shot the footage and sent hit to a editor.

Interviewer: who was the editor ?

Justin: no comment

Interview: fair enough :: have you seen the Young Dolph shooting video ?

Justin: Sht, who hasn’t..
