Take advantage of DEAD TIMES!
Imagine you used all the minutes in all your dead/slow times throughout the day.. Meaning the times you are doing something but aren't really using your full focus..

Shower, Car rides, Work outs, in Bed, Getting ready, etc.

Imagine you utilized all those times to get stuff done… You would be a machine and accomplish so much more!

Of course it's good to take a break and zone out sometimes too but a healthy mix is what i am talking about!
