One man is behind bars this morning after a deadly shooting at a rooftop bar in the Gaslamp. This morning, local authorities are searching for a man suspected of sexually assaulting a female jogger in El Cajon. La Jolla's latest bid to become it's own city is facing a new challenge after the city of San Diego claimed the secession effort would cause "irreparable harm."
