I cross paths with Spencer McKee from OutThere Colorado for the second time this year and traverse from Blanca to Ellingwood Point. 2 weeks later I return to climb Little Bear and traverse across to Blanca.

The thrilling ledges of Wetterhorn leads to an incredible view of the San Juans. I saw hundreds of sheep being herded at 12-13,000 ft. I also saw the Crestones face to face on the North side of Kit Carson. Winter is coming. These may be the last couple weeks before winter is here to stay and we have to dust off the snow shoes.

As my list gets shorter, my approach to the mountains has changed. A lot of San Juan and Elk range visits are coming up soon as well as the sangre de christo range I just broke into. Although the episodes will be less frequent, the quality of each episode will increase. I'm a bit nervous to take on some of these challenges but am very grateful for all the lessons learned this far spending time in the mountains.

Mt. Princeton and La Plata

I've been trying to figure out how to use anchor and make the episodes smoother. This episode is two separate trips. 1st trip was with Alyssa and we climbed Democrat and the next week I went back to do the other 3 (Cameron, Lincoln, Bross)
