His life's purpose is to cut the staggering percentage of 85% of people in the world grappling with self-esteem issues in half in addition to helping others execute and thrive.

Dr. Jackson started her career in human services in 2001 and has 20 years of experience working with the youth and adult populations who have faced many levels and realities of trauma, which raged from child abuse to drug addiction and homelessness. Dr. Jackson’s motto is resilience, a healing journey. Currently, Dr. Jackson is the host of the broadcast, Mental Health, and Healing. Dr. Jackson is the Founder and CEO of NSJ Consulting and Coaching, a firm that provides educational services, consulting, and training surrounding trauma healing, to the community, and mental health providers. The Services offered include the Reflection to Healing academy: Healing Trauma through Self-Reflection. The academy is a safe space where survivors of trauma go from surviving to thriving. Also offered are individual trauma work sessions, and company trainings.
