I've always contemplated how to protect my child and shield her from the world's madness. How can I perpetually be there to ensure everything is alright? As a mother, my relationship with food has not been something I can be proud of. Alba certainly can't look up to me in this matter. Then, I used fashion to get brownie points, and she took a complete U-turn by not being a typical girly girl. Of course, as a child, my fitness level is something we should just not be talked about. Come on, I started going to the gym after 40 years of age and after many failed yearly gym memberships. My journey always makes me think about what Alba would do about all these 3 F's.
