Last year, when the world went in quarantine, there were a lot of articles that came up describing how to take care of your mental health. Ironically, I never felt the need to go through them. This year, however, it's different. In India, as the second wave stares at us in the face, our medical infrastructure is stressed more than ever, and the lock down has restricted my physical interactions (for good reason), I feel blue.
