Anxiety has become something that is rampant in this day and age. Thou this is not something that has to control our lives, we tend to think that it already does. We have the notion that we cannot gain control over it but the thing is, we do have the power to manage it. In this miniseries of dealing with anxiety, I share what helped me manage the anxiety I was experiencing and get to a space where the anxiety is mild, manageable and almost null. In this 1st segment, it's all about how we identify with it.
