In today’s fast paced world, we rarely find the time to do all that is required of us in our daily lives, let alone taking the time to think about how we feel or listen to our bodies for signs and symptoms that something is amiss. On this episode of Authentic Living with Roxanne, we welcome Holistic Health Expert, Tammy Rigg who will talk about how our blocked emotions will manifest in other areas of our body and life.
Tammy was originally a dental hygienist and after having 4 children, she decided to go back to school in 2012 to become a massage therapist. While going through school, she was diagnosed with uterine and cervical cancer but did not give up...she graduated in 2014 with amazing grades.

In order to feel her connection to the universe and to help people to feel it too, she began to study Komyo Reiki Kai. While completing her Reiki studies, she also started to study a very in-depth form of Eastern Reflexology, which then led her to getting registered at the Ontario College of Reflexologists, so she has a beautiful mix of both studies.
