Homework: 1) If you suspect you may be dealing with depression, see a mental health professional immediately for diagnosis; 2) If you have been diagnosed with depression, continue seeking counseling and maybe explore expressive arts therapy; 3) Pinpoint the timeframe or event that likely started your onset and deal with the emotions around it.
