To Where Does My Soul Wants To o Travel?

Good morning everyone I just wanted to come and let you know I'm on day 2 of this fasting and we going to go through this each day but the next 30 days of how I'm feeling and a little more information on in an intermediate fasting if you don't know about it Google it I think they even have a one-on-one for beginners if you never done it before but I recommend that you talk to your doctor before you even start doing anything like this and again I would think all my subscribers and listeners for sharing my podcast with people and I really am grateful and thankful for that until tomorrow namaste...

Just want to give you guys an update on when I went to go see the hand surgeon and got released from him update on when I went to see my internal medicine and I'll talk to you about the different way I'm going to be doing my platform and everything and I really do appreciate you all listening to my podcast sharing my podcast and I hope you continue to do that so we can get the word out to people that need to know what's going on how you know how they can deal with their illness that they going through and I really am grateful for you all Namaste....
