WELCOME TO EPISODE 1 OF BETWEEN YOU & ME!!! I'm so happy you guys are all here. Today, we're kicking it off with a pretty personal episode, where I talk about my experience with anxiety. I've dealt with anxiety all my life, as so many of you have, and through the years I've noticed how my perspective on anxiety and how I handle it has changed. I share some of my unique experiences with anxiety from my childhood, my teenage years and now, in my 20's. I hope each and everyone of you that struggle with small or large amounts of anxiety take something from this, and if not, just feel a little less alone about being an anxious person.
