I just gets so emotional! I mean, when things happen, are you supposed to express it? Are you supposed to just shove it inside? Are you supposed to get angry? Because sometimes I get really mad about what's going on, but you just want to cry and try to hold it in and keep moving forward anyway. Isn't that what we're taught? Right? Suck it up buttercup! Put your emotions on the inside. Be bulletproof on the outside. Never let 'em see you sweat. But did you know your emotions - even your negative emotions - they can be a gift.
