Dealing with Rejection can be tough and is something we all face on a daily basis – we cant avoid it – its going to happen whether we like it or not…

 

It would appear that people are starting to feel it a little more as the darker, colder nights draw in and we start to evaluate and review our achievements in the year.

 

How do we cope with rejection? How do use it to our advantage?

 

Rejection is a negative – it makes us feel bad and we need to know how to accept it and move forward.
