We don't all like to think about our partner's past before us, but we have to acknowledge that they did have a life before us — sometimes with another person too. Exes are one thing when they're your own, but dealing with a partner's ex can seem odd and we don't know always know how to handle it. Why are they still in contact? Why is their ex stalking my social media? Are they jealous? Does my partner want them back? We always go to the worst possible case, but it's not always true!

In today's episode, Hannah is sharing her experience with her partner's exes resurfacing as her wedding gets closer while Emily expresses her story of being that ex that "never went away" with a previous partner. We share how to set a boundary with our partners, gaining trust in the situation, and why their ex could be reaching out and how to determine If it's harmless or a concern.
