Dear Baseball Gods

In this week’s episode I discuss slumps – when to panic and when not to. We also talk about correcting slumps, re-evaluating our process, practice and routine and how to figure out where the problem lies. Then, I discuss the mental side of baseball and how too much conscious thought can ruin a good hitter or pitcher.
