Dear CA students, how are you all? Today’s reflection for you is this: while studying, most of you make one big mistake. And that mistake is forgetting discipline and consistency. Then, as exams get closer, you feel frustrated and regretful.

Why am I saying this? Because I have observed this many times. You join live classes with enthusiasm but after a while, you start skipping them. First one class, then two, then three… and then you say, 'I’ll watch the recordings later.' But remember this: the discipline of attending live classes can never be replaced by recorded lectures.

Yes, some students are what I call “tsunami students” — they study no matter what. Even in extreme situations, they’ll stick to their books. But the reality is, 90–95% of students are not like that. They need structure and discipline. And when they break that themselves, entire chapters and topics slip away.

Every year I teach 3–4 live batches — CA Inter Audit and SM, CA Final Auditing And in every batch, I see the same pattern. A few students are genuinely serious, but most only pretend to study. And remember this: the only one who can defeat you, is you yourself. Just like Gabbar in the movie could only be killed by Gabbar, in your case too, you are your own Gabbar — breaking your own discipline and consistency.

And later, at night, you sit thinking, 'If only I had studied a little more… If only I hadn’t wasted those 4 hours.' But those hours feel wasted only because you didn’t achieve your targets. Had you completed your goals, you could enjoy guilt-free, without regret.

So stop blaming yourself. Start studying. Stay disciplined. Be consistent. Finish what you start, and you’ll see the confidence and fulfillment it brings.

This message hit me mid-prep for my SM and Audit class.

There are two types of students in this journey:

* Those who are clear about their career and are doing everything to move forward.

* And those who are lost, confused, and drifting without real effort — often masking it with excuses or false hustle.

I see students with real struggles — financial, emotional, or family-related — still showing up every day.And then there are students who have everything, but they’re still not showing up — because they’ve lost their way.

👉 Ask yourself — which one are you? Are you genuinely working for your goals?Or just pretending to, because it sounds cool to say “I want to become a CA”?

This divide isn’t just in CA students — it’s becoming visible in society.The gap between doers and dreamers is increasing.There’s rarely an in-between anymore.

Don’t let uselessness become your default state.Doomscrolling, laziness, and endless distractions are eating up your potential — bit by bit.

📌 Decide your side.📌 Be brutally honest with yourself.📌 Choose action. Even slow action is progress.

The world won’t wait.But your dreams will, if you’re willing to work for them.

Tomorrow is an important day. I understand what you are feeling right now — nervous, anxious, maybe unable to sleep. Let me tell you, this is completely normal. It simply means you care. It means you have put in the hard work.

Here’s what you should remember tonight:

* Accept your feelings. Don’t try to fight the anxiety. Acknowledge it. Write it down if needed. Talk to a friend or mentor.

* Do not compare yourself with others. Everyone’s journey is different. Stay away from unnecessary scrolling on social media tomorrow.

* Your result is important, but what matters more is your effort. You know how hard you have worked. That effort will never go waste.

* Mentally prepare for both outcomes — success or failure. Whatever happens, you will move forward. Life gives many chances, and this is just one result.

Think about how far you have come. Every experience, including this one, will make you stronger.

Before you sleep tonight, remind yourself: whatever happens, I will stay calm, I will learn from it, and I will keep going.

Your efforts will matter the most.
