As a (former) single mother, I created a nonprofit, Changing Your Conversation, that provides free career and life coaching to at-risk women who are ready to take charge of their life, undergo a transition in the workforce, and move closer to achieving economic stability. Changing Your Conversation was born out of the desire to be the help I needed, and could not find or afford. My vision has always been to help the single mom create a better future for her and her children. To help her believe in herself, to speak life and give hope when there may be non, to help her realize the greatness she is created with and capable of. It is my belief that when we as moms become healthier, happier, and truer to who we are made to be by changing the conversation with ourselves we change the future for our children.

She holds a Dual Master’s Degree in Advanced Psychology and Crisis Intervention as well as three separate Bachelor’s Degrees all in Psychology with cognates of Addiction & Recovery, Crisis Intervention & Trauma and Christian Counseling all from Liberty University. She also holds an associate degree in Computer Information with a Specialization in Computer Programming. Rhonda is a graduate of The Landmark Forum where she became an Introduction Leader.

Rhonda is a Georgia State Certified Family Violence Intervention Facilitator, and a Certified Moral Reconation Facilitator from the Correctional Counseling Incorporation. Rhonda is a Certified Anger Management Specialist, Certified Grief Specialist, Certified E-Therapist, Certified Life Coach. She owns and operates Total Breakthrough Center where she provides court appointed classes and group therapy to those who are released from prison and jail and mandated to take classes for Family Violence, Anger Management, Parenting and Shoplifting Prevention.

Audrey Renee is a writer at heart. She is also an Author, Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur, and Start-Up Coach! After having her daughter, her world changed. She felt she had no clue on how to be a mother or how to raise her daughter. After a relationship turned into being cheated on and a failed engagement, she felt more empowered than ever to defeat the negative connotation of how people look at Single Moms. After facing homelessness, she ended up living in a transitional home with other single moms who were like sisters. She went to therapy, did a whole lot of self-development, and God turned her pain into purpose. She created "Dear Single Mommy" blog to help Single Moms realize that they are WOMEN first. They have needs, wants, and desires. To recognize God's best for them will take internal work starting with forgiveness, healing, and changing their mentality. Audrey finds that if you take care of the woman it overflows into being an amazing mother.
