Dear Chrysalis,

It's always a pleasure. Today we take the first step past identifying the shadow to begin the integration process. We'll compare the steps we need to take to those of the scientific methods, and understand the role of the Law of Attraction. But I promise it's nothing too intimidating. So allow me to share the lessons I learned in the Art of War in regards to integrating my shadow, and more importantly, how I attracted the information.

Today's episode is an introduction to Numerology and our personal number charts. Using these charts, we can come to understand the way our brains process events and stimuli by understanding our motives. Today, we focus on 4 major placements which I refer to as "Light Placements".
