Hi Delulus!
We’ve been a bit MIA c/o of life! Erin is moving back to Texas and Fallon has 500 jobs (kidding!) but we couldn’t miss out on Fallon’s birthday Q&A! We laugh A LOT and it’s a quick episode but a good time.
We will be back in 2026 with all of those episodes we promised and even more life updates! Until then, big hugs, lots of love and kindness to all.
Cheers, Erin & Fallon
Dear Delulus,
After a week off due to technical issues, we are back in action. This week we have each compromised our top 10 lists of iconic female figures. We range from bad ass historical female figures to pop culture phenomenons.
These women are known for making waves and disrupting the world around them. Who would be in your top 10? Join the conversation on Substack and let us know! We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
Stay delulu,
Erin & Fallon
Hi Delulus!
We are back with another episode of Am I the A*****e? We ramble a bit in the beginning but we get into a couple of situations and dive into some talk about setting boundaries.
Have a great weekend!
Cheers, Erin & Fallon

Hey Delulus!
Today’s episode is all about body image. We get deep and personal and a little controversial. This topic may be sensitive for some listeners so please take a note of some trigger warnings below.
*We talk body image including topics such as plastic surgery, terms skinny and fat are used often, weight gain, weight numbers, and food insecurity. If any of these topics make you uncomfortable, please skip this episode!
We are taking a brief intermission. Our next episode of Season 2 will return July 31 with a really amazing guest (our first!) in a 2 part episode! We are so excited to share more!
xx, Erin & Fallon

Hey Delulus!
It’s been a hot minute since we’ve had a nostalgia episode. This week we chat out favorite movies throughout the 90s. It spans from animated films as kids to our pre-teen years. To be honest, any and all Christina Ricci movies raised us! Lots of celeb crushes revisited and core memories uncovered.
What were your favorite movies growing up? We hope you enjoy! On next week’s episode, we get a little deeper and chat body image.
Until next time,
Erin & Fallon
Hey Delulus!
This week’s episode was actually not apart of our meticulously thought out plan. We went rogue from the list and just started talking like its one of our regular phone or FaceTime conversations.
We talk books (duh), travel, people staring… and a lot of other random stuff. Fret not, next week goes back to being a bit more on topic but for now… C’est la vie!
Cheers, Erin & Fallon
Hi Delulus!
This week episode is short, sweet and a bit chaotic. Essentially Fallon and Erin stumble through old Facebook posts, statuses, memes and pics. There was a time where we posted every single picture from every single trip or night out without any filters or really culling through and removing stuff the general public should not have access to. Anyone else?!
Got any fun FB posts to share with us?!
xx, Erin & Fallon
Hi Delulus!
Welcome back to another episode and this week we chat IMPOSTER SYNDROME or Imposter Phenomenon. So many of us struggle with the feelings of self doubt, failure and that we just are not good enough. Guess what? It is a lie. You are more than capable, you are more than enough and you deserve the very best. We talk a bit about the definition and some of the findings from our sources (site below) and we talk about our own personal experiences dealing with imposter syndrome.
Have you ever experienced imposter syndrome? Has it ever held you back from pursuing something you’ve dreamed of doing? Chat with us!
See you next week,
Erin & Fallon
