Today there’s not a lot to report but it’s there if you’re interested. I didn’t do much. But I did feel majorly and staying off of social media and evening. I said after in the morning and afternoon, and it was good for me. But in the evening I got back on. And then shortly afterwards became very very grouchy, and kind of angry. I think it was in part connected to getting back on social media before I was really ready. So, lesson learned. I hope you can get some value out of this episode I love you so much!
