Black lives matter.  Black mental health has to matter too!

Hello beautiful people! As the first episode of this series, Fatuma and I talk about the importance of mental health and stigma in the black community as well as our own personal experiences dealing with it. 

This represents the solo episodes of the personal Black stories and perspectives I will be sharing in my season two series starting July 27th!

This is my personal reflection on how social distancing has lit a fire inside me to pursue those passions I put aside for so long. Also, to recognize the good in my life right now, despite current events.
