In fact in order for it to be true and effective love it needs to be a few inches passed where I wanna be. It needs to be sacrificial. I hope you are challenged yet encouraged to love differently starting with yourself with this episode!

As you journey to complete these ever long list of to-dos and resolutions, I hope you are taking time to think on what has prevented you from reaching these goals in the past.
