In Ireland, Mother’s Day is this Sunday, March 22nd 2020.
At a time like this – when the world is turned upside down, we should never fall short of gratitude. In particular, for our loved ones.
During this world pandemic, I’m currently not with my mom. I’m in Ireland and she’s in Canada: we’re oceans away. This podcast episode is for the ones without their mother’s warmth this Sunday. This is for the people who are isolating with their mother but find tension and disconnect because they haven’t spent a lot of time with their family during school and work – up until now. Or maybe their mother isn’t with them. And that’s all.
This podcast episode is for my mom, and your mom, and anyone that has raised you to be the person you are today – and to send a message that we are always connected, no matter where we are in the world or in life.
