What is happening to us? This podcast was inspired by a series of events in the last couple of weeks. There's that feeling of numbness i have experienced these days, and it got me concerned about the state of my mental health. Everything is so tough these days and I can hardly breathe,am i speaking your mind as well? So how are you coping with everything?

I wasn't looking forward to the week at all,but I still had to show up because of the love I have for my job, meanwhile as I was beginning to clear my desk after today's work, I could sense that I was feeling overwhelmed just thinking of the fact I have to resume this routine the next day.
