The year is almost over, don't stop giving your best, but also make sure you are at your best mentally, physically and emotionally in order to keep going.

Welcome to this new month. September is the month of cancer awareness, please take the time to visit ones who are in the hospital fighting for their lives. Pray for and with them. The ones who are at home as well. May God bless you all

The explanation behind sitting in front of a TV for almost 2 hours, watching grown men or women either throwing a ball with their hands or a racket and shooting a ball with their feet is a wow moment. The joy in the people faces who are watching is simply wow as well because you can't fake that.
