An approved leader is disciplined. (Titus 1:8) The call to leadership is a call to self-control and reliance on the Holy Spirit to help us accomplish it. Self-Control is the visible outward quality of the Spirit in our lives.

What does it mean to be an approved leader according to scripture? Family/Parenting is difficult. If you have children understand that it is a privilege to be a parent. God wants to be in our homes

Someone striving to be a an Approved leader with be free from the love of money. The appropriate way to handle money is to be generous with it.

Being a peacemaker is not only one of the qualities of a Christian leader, but also a character trait of Jesus. Blessed are the peacemakers, For they will be called children of God. -Matt 5:9
