In this week's episode we continue to look at Death & Humilty with a focus on Servanthood. Jesus was the perfect example of a servant leader. In Matt 20:28, He outlined that He didn't come to be served but to serve.

Those who desires to be leaders should first enroll themselves as servants as this will give them compassion towards servants when they themselves become leaders.

If you desire to lead, it is important that you use the time to serve others, not because you are less than them but because it is recommended by our Lord Jesus Christ that you take on the posture of a servant and be trained as a servant before leading.
