This weeks episode Jeff and Silas discuss trying to find the balance between being a good father but also trying to be a good spouse and still taking care of yourself. As new parents we always have the goals and expectations of how we will parent and plans. But once those kids come and grow we have to readjust. Jeff and Silas talk about their experiences with this as well as not falling too far from your goals but not being discouraged not sticking to them. They also discuss the new wave of bands bringing back the disgusting sound of the older death metal bands and helping broaden the genre. Also, the guys discuss their reaction to the announced line up for the return of Mayhem Fest.

Once you have a child and create a routine, you think adding another will be no different and just restart the baby phases, no one explains the new struggles that comes with multiple children as opposed to the one. This week Silas and Jeff discuss what they have seen in this change and how they have adapted to it. They also discuss their introduction to the ever influential sub genre of Black Metal and their introduction to it and their gateway bands. This week they will also rank their favorite albums by the almighty Atlanta Sludge metal band Mastodon.
