  • Job Crushed: God or Satan?
This sermon explores the heavenly dialogue between God and Satan in Job chapters one and two, highlighting God's absolute sovereignty over suffering. The preacher argues that while Satan seeks to destroy believers, he operates only within the boundaries permitted by God for the purpose of sanctification. Key themes include God's protective hedge, His provision, and His intimate knowledge of His people, contrasting with Satan's limited power and inability to comprehend divine redemption. Job serves as an example of relentless faith, maintaining integrity despite devastating loss and physical affliction. The message encourages believers to trust in God's good purposes even when facing unexplained trials, affirming that all events work according to His will.

  • Daniel 9b Bible Study on the 70 Weeks Prophecy
This sermon provides a detailed exegesis of Daniel 9, interpreting the prophecy of the seventy weeks as a precise timeline pointing to Jesus Christ. The speaker emphasizes reading the text in its historical and literary context to demonstrate that the Messiah's coming, death, and the subsequent destruction of Jerusalem were fulfilled in the first century. Key themes include God's covenant faithfulness despite Israel's sin, the sufficiency of Christ's atoning sacrifice ending the need for animal offerings, and the unity of Jew and Gentile in the new covenant community. The preacher contrasts this historical fulfillment with dispensationalist views, arguing that the prophecy is entirely centered on Christ rather than a future tribulation period.

  • 🔥 Too Late! The Rich Man’s Cry From Hell | Luke 16:19–31 😢
What if you realized the truth about eternity—but only after it was too late? 😢 In Luke 16:19–31, Jesus tells the sobering account of the rich man and Lazarus. One had wealth, comfort, and abundance in this life; the other suffered at his gate. But after death, everything changed. The rich man found himself in torment, crying, "Father Abraham, have mercy on me." This powerful passage reveals the seriousness of eternity, hell, repentance, salvation, and the urgency of hearing God's Word. The rich man wanted his family warned—but Abraham reminded him that they already had "Moses and the prophets." ⚠️ The message is clear: we must listen to God's Word and respond while we still have time. • “The Better Sacrifice” – Heb.10:1-18
In today's era of woke reinterpretations, the meaning of the death of Jesus on the Cross has been stretched to include many absurd explanations. The cross was not merely some sentimental symbol of love; it wasn't an illustration of universal personal sacrifice; it wasn't some common example of all human suffering; it most certainly wasn't a badge for the oppressed. Something actually happened on that Day in history. A legal transaction took place. Sin was dealt with. A debt was paid. Sinners were redeemed. God was satisfied. Join us this Sunday as Hebrews 10 reveals why the sacrifice of Jesus stands alone in human history and what He accomplished on that Day for His Bride.

  • Food for the Lambs, 346
Jesus tells of His coming death more than once. The transfiguration. Peter's misunderstandings. A demoniac healed and the people's (disciples'?) lack of faith rebuked.

  • The Oxgoad Deliverer
This week, we'll work through one of the shortest passages that you'll probably hear me preach: just one sentence, in one verse, in Judges 3:31 (it would be hard to find a shorter passage to preach, after all). Many sermons would pair Shamgar together with Ehud before him, but we'll be looking at Shamgar in a standalone sermon, since Scripture emphasizes him in his own right. And I want to give you a brief word of context for that—the sort of "how do we preach" context that we don't typically have time for on Sunday mornings. I hope Judges is an encouragement to you. I pray Shamgar, with his brief account, directs your eyes to Christ. We need a King, a Deliverer, a true and faithful Judge. And Christ is everything God's people could ever hope for—and infinitely more.
