Just when you thought it was never coming back, WE HIT YOU WITH THE NEXT INSTALLMENT! One of our favorite recurring guests, writer and podcaster Dominik Rothbard, drops by to break down what all has gone wrong in the world of the Hat Squad. Things don't stay on the rails for very long. From coffee lids to a severe lack of hats, the Hat Squad leaves us all scratching our heads.

The saga continues! Claudia returns to try and keep together all the loose ends and threads we have pulled at. It's been over a year since we first asked our favorite question, "Who is Jeremy Gumbo?" This go around, an edit to a Wiki page sends Cody spiraling, resulting in a feeler email to a defense contractor. And...another name, but where did they go?

A temporary resumption of normality as the wonderful writer Hannah Finger joins us IN PERSON to talk about the history of hatpins. These accessories were important for many reasons, and mostly not because of fashion. Want an in-depth discussion of how women have fought and continue to fight for their seat at society's table? Here ya go.

A short offering this week as Cody rolls solo. He talks about three favorite hats throughout his life, and the stories behind them. Youth baseball, the Grand Canyon, and Disneyland all play their parts. A nice, low-key stroll through his childhood, and some fun stories from the last couple of years. A bit different, but a lot of fun.

Dr. Campbell is the head of the Architecture Department at the University of Cambridge, and Chair of Construction History Society. We poke a few holes in the prevailing historical narrative of hard hat history, revisit bowlers from a different perspective, and talk about hats in academia.
