Let's begin by analyzing the 2022 real estate market and what we can glean from it. Notably, 90% of the US home market has seen a decline in prices. While there has been a drop in prices across the US, in Milpitas, the reduction ranges between 5-10%.

Welcome to our weekly update. It appears that the real estate market in Milpitas is thriving despite some uncertainty in the overall economy and employment. Specifically, there are currently 19 homes for sale in the city, but out of those 19 homes, 9 of them are already pending sale. This indicates a high demand for properties in Milpitas, which is causing the available inventory to be low.
