Knowing the ramifications of a choice.  Something so simple, and equally complex.  When we choose what is right and avoid what is wrong we are either growing or setting ourselves back.  Our God is a God of truth.  He wants only what is best for us.  When we choose to make a decision that will involve someone else and their betterment, we receive a blessing.  When we put God in the forefront of our life, it is no longer a life lived for the self, but it is a life lived for the greater glory of God.  Try to live for the happiness of someone else.  Try to sacrifice your happiness for the happiness of another human being.  And watch what God begins to do in transforming the life you set aside, an old life for a new life so that the life of another can live, truly live in every sense of the word.  When we choose to die to our self and live for Christ, the possibilities are endless and we experience  a taste of heaven right here on earth.

Pentecost Sunday and its meaning.  Is in knowing and in accepting that the Holy Spirit is living within you.  Once we allow that truth to sink in, we can then move forward living in/out  this great truth.  If we have not yet  discovered this awesome and wonderful reality, it is something worth praying about, first with God.  That's a good start, and from there, you have a rock solid foundation to begin building  a worthy life with God. 

God works in mysterious ways.  He invites us personally to be in his holy presence.  We are his children the flock he shepherds.  He wants only the very best for us.  The best life we could ever live is one that includes him at the very helm.  We learn from God what is truly most important.  We learn that our soul is everything to him, and we learn while on earth, how to feed our soul, and how to save our soul for all eternity.  We call upon the saints who pray for us, who have already met God, who have converted from their old ways and became transformed into their new self, with God's help.   In this podcast I share with you my journey as my family and I venerate relics that were traveling from the Vatican in Rome.   There were 165 relics on display and I have to tell you as I stood there in awe looking  at the original wood from the crucifix of Jesus, it literally sent chills through me. I also held the relic,  a piece of the dagger that was used on our Lord by St. Longinus who was a Roman Soldier, whom God forgave , I literally started to tremble inside holding his relic, I was very drawn to him as a sinner myself forgiven and loved by so precious of a Lord.  His story is worth researching.

Our faith is so rich, we don't realize, just how rich it is, until we tap into the well of truth.  The well of truth  contains holiness, and it is truly ours for the journey.  If we live long enough and remain close enough to God, all the mysteries of our wonderful faith come alive.  Through the holy sacraments, through all of the wonderful traditions of the catholic faith, and during the silence we openly desire to share within the company of our Lord in holy adoration.  Adoration can change a person if he or she is ready for a deep conversional experience.  One has to totally surrender their life to Jesus Christ the son of God first in order to understand what begins to happen to a soul when they empty them self completely to Christ.   In silence we can hear better and understand better everything our Lord is trying to convey.  Anyone desiring this truth, trust's fully in Christ the creator, trusting Him with their life so much that they come to meet him in Adoration for one full hour of silent love.  Come and listen, come and learn, all the children of God are invited to the well of truth, the well of Jesus Christ, Abba the Father  of us all. 

The importance of opening up ones heart and soul to another is a tremendous gift to both people.  To share the truth, to know deep down ones emotions and expressing those emotions in a healthy manner is a gift.  The giver and the receiver are blessed by the experience.  Although feelings change and grow, we can always count on Jesus to be our constant. 

Jesus is not - flippy floppy, Jesus is rock solid.  Jesus is perfect and we are a small part of his perfect plans.  When we know Jesus, we are rooted in his love.  And when rooted in his love, we are in line with what is healthy for us and our soul.  Jesus is perhaps the absolute best medicine this world could ever have.  But when we are physically unhealthy, we go to a doctor.  When we  are spiritually unhealthy and sin, we go and show our face to the priest for confession. 

When we are healthy we go on living our lives in accordance with Gods will.  His blessings uphold us both now and then, and for the rest of our journey.  Why do we need a relationship with Jesus?  We need to make sure we are accountable for the way we live.  So we check in with Jesus, through prayer, through meditation, through the mass, and in receiving Holy Communion in the state of grace, (without stain of mortal sin).

We try to make an annual retreat weekend every year in honor of our Lord and our Blessed and Holy Mother Mary.  It is important to strive for spiritual perfection.  

The Lords blessings and miracles are happening to us on a daily basis.  When we choose to be faithful, God in turn makes our lives fruitful in nature.  One cannot take the credit for the miracles happening on a daily basis when we know each miracle is God's greatest gift to us.  The fact that I can write this podcast is God working through me, I could never write without God being an important part of my daily life.   For this very podcast would not exist!

I am full of gratitude toward God and his special mission set before me during my lifetime.  His plans are definitely much better than our own.  O sweet Surrender, thank you for showing me your face.  Thank you for allowing me to participate in Gods most perfect plans.  There is no better life for me than to show Gods love through service and gratitude, it is there my heart is warmed by the fire which is Christ!  

Formation is so critical if we are serious about the salvation of our soul.  After ten years of formation within the Franciscan charism, Saint Francis of Assisi introduced me to a dear friend of his, Saint Dominic.   My great grandmother, God rest her soul asked her priest during the II World War what she can do to help the men and women fighting on the frontline.  Her priest advised her to join the Third Order of Saint Dominic and pray for them.  She left this earth in 1995 .  Her Dominican Rite a small black book was left behind and one day during my special visit to see my grandmother, we were praying this one and only time in her home together.  We prayed at church of course but never in her home.  It was a lovely time.  She also gave me the option of choosing a photo of her mother and I chose the one picture of her and my great grandfather in Poland on Pilgrimage with nuns, priest, seminarians,  single, and married couples. That picture kicked off a beautiful legacy.  We traveled to Poland to see John Paul II, we visited Auschwitz, and attended Our Lady of Czestochowa. It was there I learned about Maximillian Kolbe who was Martyred for his faith.  That experienced changed my life, and God from that point on was inviting me more deeply into a personal relationship with him through the living legacy of my Polish ancestors.  Needless to say, that defining moment of visiting the shrine, and the cell where St. Kolbe was martyred, sent my life in a direction that led me on a real journey that focused primarily on God and what he wanted out of my life.  I died to myself so I could live truly live in him.  This letter to my father opened up my mind so I could  get to the heart of the matter.  The heart of Jesus Christ living in me.  I emptied myself of myself and filled myself with Jesus.    And the desire to save souls.  Not only in my families lineage but in a society who may want to understand Jesus more fully, and not really know how to begin.       

Christ's Plan... How do we enter into it?  Do we go and ask God directly through deep prayer? I believe that we can and we should.  This is where our journey begins in our relationship deepening with Christ.  The Catholic sisters throughout church history have been a shining example of following the way of Christ.  I believe that we too must be the absolute shining example in the life of every single adult that God is placing within our path.  We are born into this world by the grace of God, through our mothers womb and we are given a blank slate to fill.  Some have the focus, fortitude, drive, ambition, from the getgo.  Others struggle never quite gaining their berrings.  God gives to some life beyond one hundred years to live, and to make something great of the slate they were given.  Not everyones light bulb goes off like a Thomas Edison, because all of us were given a different measure of talent.  Some have and know and tap into their God given purpose in life and are happy.  Others are more ambitious in helping others feeling a great sense of purpose through mentorship.  No two lives are the same, but nonetheless, God is present, whether or not we can see or believe in him or not.  When we pray, we receive an extra measure of gods awesome and powerful grace.  The outpouring of Gods grace is given not just in ways we can see but in ways we do not see.  Why is that, now I will ask God when he comes to take me to himself. But in the interim, I believe that we can do all within his power when we give him our life, it is then we can create what is perfect in the eyes of God.  The life we thought would be the absolute best life  for us, doesn't always work out as well without prayer and without a relationship that is in Christ Jesus.  But how does it really play out in the end, in the way God would have prefered?  What exactly am I conveying?  Sometimes we can take the road that we want to travel, thinking it is the best road for us, when in actuality, it ends up being, the exact and total opposite of what thought we should be doing.  That is why we enter into a crossroad in life.  It is in that exact juncture we are forced to have to decide between one road or another.  One path whether easier or more difficult.  This is where prayer becomes the most powerful tool in the box.  Prayer helps us to discern properly every single choice we are given to make.  In the eyes of God every single decision we are choosing should be holy, should be fruitful, and should include prayer and attention toward God.  To have his blessing throughout ones journey teaches us to remain close and to trust our entire lives in his loving arms.  No one cares more for us, than God.  And once we receive this infinite power through him, we understand the importance of remaining in him to the very end.  Surely we can test the waters of time, and circle around life inuncertainty, and in regret, but why do that when you can trust and rely fully on the creator of all--- who knows what is truly in our best interest?  

The hardest thing to do is to admit to our sinful tendencies and I will even go a step further and say we deliberately desire NOT to work through them.  Not at all a pretty place to be, one should not stay in such a place for very long.  Our human nature allows us to encounter all sorts of experiences, some, easy to handle, while others, simply overwhelm us.  This is precisely why we should never allow any difficult circumstances overwhelm us clouding our better judgement.  We must plough through this life we were given.  We cannot afford to ignore what life brings especially when the unexpected occurs.  The blindsided disasterous experiences that leave us bewildered, or unsettled, are useless.  We have to force ourselves to get right into it and work so that we can come out of it stronger, wiser, and more fufilled.   Empowering oneself instead of neglecting oneself is always the better choice in improving all areas of our life that may trickle from just one unsettling experience that can weaken the human condtion and almost every single relationship we are in.  Fortunately, we can always desire to improve ourselves, we just need to recognize that our every decision must be thought through and chosen as our very best decision.  Our life, our decision process, must always be prayerfully thought through.  We can come out of every single difficulty positively with ease in knowing that good thoughts, good behaviours, create great outcomes.  When we lock ourselves in our negative light we put up a great big wall that doesn't allow the light of Christ to come in and heal the broken areas of our life and we set ourselves up in bondage with the evil one.   That is why I am placing Christ high on a pedestal, Christ is the only answer involving any decision.  Christ lifts us up out of ourselves out of our crisis and out of darkness and stagnation.  He is our forever light.   Breaking free of our condition can happen with prayer, with hope, and within the company of God.  Here is how.  We can ask God directly in prayer to help us in our current predicament.  It is critical that we continue to go to God with our concern until God reveals to us his truth about our  situation.  We need to listen as Christ cuts through the silence.  Our on going prayer breaks through these barriers and we wait patiently upon the voice of our Lord.  The most perfect atmosphere for us to hear God speak is within a Holy Adoration Chapel.  It is there, that we can prayerfully ask our Lord, As Father Patrick O'Doherty would say, "Ask that our God to Give You An Understanding Heart".  I truly believe if we all had the gift of an understading heart, our lives would be much more fruitful than dead.  After all, if Christ is life and life for all Christianity was meant to be eternal, we have this amazing ability right now to do something about our Future Eternal Destiny.  None of us were meant to go to hell.  However, we can choose it.  But, for those who choose heaven, their hard work begins right now.  We can call on the Holy Spirit and remain in Christ to the very end of our last breadth.  The holy spirit will encounter you, but you must desire to be in Christ.  We have to want Jesus, we have to want to change, and in time we will become perfected in Christ and work through all the knots in our life.  Our blessed and holiest mother Mary is known as the "Undoer of Knots"...Call on Mary, your holy Mother, she will help you.  She will fill your heart, your mind, your soul and your spirit, with joy.  Fear nothing.  Only Trust In her Son.
