2 Timothy 4:6 (NLT)

6 As for me, my life has already been poured out as an offering to God. The time of my death is near.

Paul encourages Timothy to remain faithful to Jesus, endure suffering, and be strong through grace in Jesus Christ. Difficult days lie ahead, but the Lord’s servant has only work that pierces the darkness of progressively sinful cultures—Preach the word!
