"Are You Amazed?"

We hang history on various pivot points.

However, as a society, we often forget to both remember and celebrate history’s most profound event — history’s greatest gift. In several weeks, we gather on an evening to celebrate that event.

What are we referring to?

It is the entrance - the birth - of Jesus Christ as a human man. In many ways, it is not a single event, that is, in the way we usually describe an event, but the beginning of a segment of history that concludes with the ascension of Jesus following his resurrection.

In an even larger sense, it is a happening which has its concluding event yet in the future with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
