Rules for the Home:

When it comes to talking about ‘rules’ in the home, Isaiah 42 stresses that the new rule for the home is that God makes “relationships” the focus of His attention…and not just the keeping of rules. Life in our home, based on God’s Word, is not founded on ‘obedience’ but founded on Christ who makes all relationships new through His Word! God is into creating and resurrecting new relationships in the home…as God’s way of ruling in the home.
