In this month’s energy update, Brandee shares the messages that came through for December—a powerful month of rising into a new frequency, heart-centered healing, and stepping fully into the intuitive age.

We begin with the final alphabet shout-out, closing things off with gratitude for the downloads from the Yukon Territories. No more structured shout-outs going forward—just appreciation for this beautiful community and how Spirit Talk continues to grow.

Brandee also shares a quick personal update about why this episode is landing on the 5th instead of the 1st (including an unexpected dog bite story that will get its own episode soon!).

Then we dive into the energy:

Arising out of the old: In November, we saw what needed to fall away. December asks us to shake off the old version of ourselves and step into a new vibration.

Heart-centered healing: This month is deeply connected to the heart chakra. Simple practices—hand on the heart, slow breathing, setting intentions—help anchor the new frequency.

Shadow work & self-awareness: To align with the high frequencies coming in, tending to your emotional and energetic body is essential. Healing isn’t linear—be gentle with yourself.

A new collective vibration: Sensitives, intuitives, and those doing the inner work may feel lighter, renewed, or propelled forward. The energy is supportive of intuitive development like never before.

Manifestation power: December is especially potent for visioning, dreaming, and calling in the next two years. Vision boards, goal setting, and clarity of intention are encouraged.

Ego flares & shifting relationships: Both our own ego and the ego of others may rise as frequencies shift. Some relationships may change as not everyone enters the new vibration at the same pace—this is normal and okay.
