Rich started his company out of necessity in 2009 when the economy was bad, and jobs were scarce. For the first 6 years, the company did very well, but then the market shifted and the company nearly failed. This is where Rich tells us he had to make tough choices, let people go, and pivot his company.

 

Fortunately, the changes worked because they decided to decentralize and go virtual. This allowed them to find the best talent across the country.
