Grim falls to his knees after losing the last companion he ventured here with, and Nyriam sits upon her throne cackling, that is until some unexpected guests arrive.

The God Bearers watch in horror as they realize that their mission has not ended and Grim's work has taken precedence over everything else as the gods of Hyfaer all come together for a reunion.

At the precipice of their mission to deliver the Goddess Nyriam back to her rightful resting place, the God Bearers take a moment to gather themselves before the encounter and one more friend thought lost appears in the tunnels of Heretic's Respite.

Once rested, the God Bearers along side Grim and Sal make their way into the Reliquary where the throne of Nyriam sits and meet the rumored daughters of malice and death, but their words and not their weapons cause the Bearer's to lose something they hadn't expected.

After a little help from Kumo's mysterious blade, the Bearers cut a hole into time and space, giving them a view deep beneath the mountains into Heretic's Respite. 

They venture forth to their final destination, in hopes that the chaos that follows them will finally end.  To their surprise and Teladris' absolute confusion, they reunite with an unlikely pair of old acquaintances.

When the group thinks they've outwitted and outmatched the former Haku a Doth assassin, he pulls one last trick to display the power Illdra gives him.

The God Bearers wake from their night on the beach and head towards the port town of Hedrig's Point in search of a particular tavern, though its name is a mystery.

Garble voices some concern around the location and it's flammability, but Teladris ignores the warnings.  After a toast to the fallen, and ill omens from Garble's drunken lips, an infamous assassin enters the tavern to greet his long lost brother.
