Before anyone helps you you have to know what you need.

A lot of us have all these emotions and we can't even put our emotions into words to communicate "I need help". We need to declutter our minds so we can ask for what we need. There are a lot of people doing time in prison because they couldn't gather their emotions enough to explain their issue. As a world filled with people from different upbringings we have to explore ourselves; before pointing fingers to blame others.
