This episode of the Decoding Entrepreneurship Podcast features Paul Roos, a legend of the Australian Sporting landscape. Paul played 17 years of AFL Footy and 356 games for the Fitzroy Football Club and the Sydney Swans. He was selected at the highest level as an All Australian player on seven occasions. Roosy then traded his footy boots for a coaching clipboard as the head coach of the Sydney Swans - a testament to Roosy the coach is the fact that, in eight full seasons under his coaching leadership, the Swans missed the finals only once. The Swans went on to achieve the ultimate prize of winning the 2005 AFL Premiership.
We discuss Paul’s love for high performance, leadership, and culture development and how it was instrumental in the establishment of a business he founded, Performance by Design - enjoy.
