Headaches are incredibly common, but they're far from simple. While some headaches are primary conditions themselves, like tension-type headaches (the most common form), migraines, and cluster headaches (less common but severe), others can be a sign of an underlying issue. Understanding the different ways headaches manifest can be the first step in finding relief and knowing when to seek help for what might be a secondary cause.
