Los Primos in conversation with Evelyn Amara, UCLA Urban Regional Planning, class of 2015. Evelyn lives in Oregon where she is working on creating a Bamboo Farming Collective. We learn about her project from the perspective of community economic development, sustainability, and regenerative agriculture. Evelyn tells us a story that can help us scape systemic capitalism in cities and show us a new way forward by taking back the land. Evelyn also shares her thoughts on climate change and how we can all support each other by creating partnerships.
