We learn about her project from the perspective of community economic development, sustainability, and regenerative agriculture. Hector's dream of being free from debt and poverty pushes him to seek oportunities in the music industry. Hector share his story of stuggles and hope to show us how a young Latinx working class young men hustles to get his dream in L.A. Hector's story is one of redemtion and love for freedom, he ultimately wants to be free from a low-income wage labour system that puts people in semi-slavery conditions or in prison.

Luis Salgado join the U.S. Army after graduating from his B.A. from the University of California Santa Cruz. Luis joins the U.S. Army in hopes of accomplishing his dream of working in the medical field. His life story shows us how an undocumented child struggles to makes choices that allow him to keep his life and dreams alive even when faced with great challenges and legal obstacles. This story is a true American dream story that gives us hope and inspiration to help us follow our own passions and dreams, we learn that we must never give up even when we are faced with tears and the sadness laid on our path to victory.

Latinx identity is explored from the perspective of a self-identified Latinx person. We peak to Diana Quintero, who is a 4th year college student at New College of Florida the Honors College of the State of Florida. She is currently writing her honors thesis on the related topic of education & social mobility. Diana will speak from her perspective on what it means to self identify as a Latinx person. We speak about identity from a structural understanding of idenity, knowing that identities are fluid and always changing.
