I am joined today by the incredible Carina Davis! Carina grew up in the Christian belief, and wants everyone to have freedom and live truthfully in their spiritual journey. What started as an IG content creator for black women who are finding their strength in new territory after religion, is now expanding as an organization to promote unity among everyone who wants a peaceful and loving world.

In this episode, we talked about the importance of de-centering our ego when helping others, the Bible as a mirror,the origins of what is now black church, and the value of sitting with others.
