Let's get microscopically clear on a part of the introduction and the key of deconstructing you.

And that is parts that don't belong to you.

Maybe this is a foreign idea, because right now you aren't yet aware of paradigms, patterning and psyches that are not part of your original fabric.

In the same measure that I thought that "I am the way I am and this is how it is… You're like me, possibly sitting there thinking well how can I be anything else that I am right now, I've always been me.

And that is the first layer of the illusion – or one of. But it's taken months to sort through the self and identify, what belongs to me, what ive inherited ,and what I'd like to call in.

The ego will tell you to think that just because you were physically present at a point in time that you were deciding who you were going to be at the time....
