Shotgun Spratling and Jack Smith return with another episode of the Dedeaux Download Podcast to break down a five-game week for the Trojans that proved to be a big disappointment after the Trojans went 2-3 with a pair of losses to Sacramento State, falling to 0-4 against the WAC this season. They break down USC baseball's up-and-down week that did feature a blowout victory over a top 20 UC Irvine team and a late-inning rally from a 10-5 deficit to snag a victory.

The Trojans' inconsistent week saw them go back and forth from a proficient offense that capitalized on extra opportunities given by opponents to one that reverted back to its early-season woes of too many strikeouts and inability to come through in the clutch.
