Three years ago tonight, July 31, my grandson's dad, Forrest, took his life one week before his 21st birthday. This podcast is dedicated to him - to use his story to help you if you are feeling hopeless or to help you be a resource to those who might be feeling that way. This is a raw recording - no editing the audio or anything fancy - I just wanted to get this out tonight to replace the horror of that anniversary with a message of Love and Light instead.
