Ed "The Restoration Lawyer" Cross drops by to deliver a special message for our audience.

We play a clip of Ed's contribution to our panel discussion regarding property restoration industry standards. While we set out to do a two hour overview from pre-1970's on through present day, we were unable to make our way out of the 1980's.
